Passed away on Saturday, 18th July 2026 at Hospice Waikato, surrounded by family and friends, aged 36 years. Loved son of Robert Smith and the late Carole Liddall. Beloved step-son of Alan Liddall and Ann Smith. Adored husband of Danielle Arts-Smith. Cherished dad of Leo Arts-Smith.

A service for Sam will be held at The Verandah Function Centre, Hamilton Lake Domain, Rotoroa Drive, Hamilton, on Thursday, 23rd July 2026 at 2.30pm, followed by private cremation. All communications to the Arts-Smith family, PO Box 439, Hamilton 3240.
