Reena CHANDAR

Born 22 October 1978. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on 10 April 2026. Deeply loved daughter of Colleen and the late Ramana Chandar (passed July 2024). Reena was a dedicated and adoring mother to her only child, Sara. Treasured sister of Shirley, Kristene, Ann Marie, Kama, and Sathya; sister-in-law to Paul, and Aunt to Caleb and Leyla. Cherished cousin, niece and friend. Reena's passion for music shone through from childhood until her final days. She was a dedicated caregiver during her working life and generously shared her musical talents to benefit many community organisations. Reena brought joy to any room with her infectious laugh; living her life with a heart of gold and true generosity. She left us with a radiant reminder to "try a little kindness " every day. She showed strength and determination that truly reflected her beautiful character. Thank you to the people who generously gave their time and offered their comfort and support during her illness.

Until we meet again, Reena-enjoy those country roads with Dad.
