On Friday, 12 June 2026, peacefully with whanau, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of Josephine and father of Anthony, Andrew and Damien. Treasured son to the late Tame and Moro Rewi-Wetini of Taharoa. Brother and uncle to many. Joseph will lie at home in Kihikihi with whanau and friends welcome. Requiem Mass will be held at St Patrick's Church, 625 Alexandra St, Te Awamutu on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, at 11am, followed by interment at Te Awamutu Cemetery. Rosary will be held for Joseph at home at 6.30pm on Monday, 15 June 2026. All communications to the whanau to PO Box 137 Te Awamutu or phone 07 8715131.
