Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 28th July 2026 aged 82 years. Loved wife of the late Marilyn Weekes. Loved mother & mother-in-law of Carl & Mary Smith, Stephanie & Stuart Fleming. Loved Nana of Blake. Much loved friend to many.

A service for Jan will be held at The Hamilton Park Crematorium Greenwood Chapel, Morrinsville Road, Newstead, Hamilton on Monday, 3rd August 2026 at 10.00am, followed by private cremation.
