Passed away peacefully in Hamilton, on Thursday, 6th August 2026, aged 85 years. Loved wife of Graham for 64 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Julanne and Brent, Lisa-Jane, Melanie and Peter, and the late Stuart. Loved Grandma of Mitchell, James, and Aidan, and Great-Grandma of Braxton, Cooper, Amelia, and Wolf. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff of Linda Jones Village, Hamilton, for their love and care of Mum.

A celebration of Jan's life will be held at the Rosa Chapel, Tamihana Street, Matamata, on Thursday, 13th August 2026 at 11.00am, followed by private cremation. All communications to the Saltiel family, c/- 6 Tamihana Street, Matamata 3400.
