On 3 July 2026 peacefully at Te Aroha & District Community Hospital with family by her side, aged 97 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Louis Frank Stewart. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Gloria, Sandra, Glenys & Dave, Rodney & the late Vicky, Kathy, and Debbie & Grant. Cherished Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great-Great-Grandmother.

A service for Gladys will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Canada St, Morrinsville, on Wednesday 8 July 2026 at 11.00am, followed by burial at Piako Cemetery, Seales Road, Morrinsville. All communications to the Stewart family, C/- 358 Thames Street, Morrinsville 3300.
