On Saturday, 4th July 2026, unexpectedly, aged 82 years. Beloved son of the late Miles and the late Joyce, and loved brother of Miles. Cherished husband of Lorraine for 58 happy years. Loved and adored Dad of Linda and Martin, Joanne, and Gillian. Much loved Grandad of Kaitlyn, Hannah, Jack, Katie, and Charlie.

A service to celebrate David's life will be held at Woolertons' Funeral Home Chapel, 8 Railside Place, Dinsdale, Hamilton, on Thursday, 9th July, at 11.00am, followed by a burial at Hamilton Park Cemetery, 395 Morrinsville Road, Newstead. All correspondence to the Moodie family, PO Box 276, Hamilton 3240.
