Now at rest, Syd passed away peacefully on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 at Trinity Home & Hospital, Hawera, aged 77 years. Loved and loving husband of Pam. Much loved dad of Richard and Katrina, Shelly and Shaun, Craig and Rebekah, and Mark and Lori. Much loved grandad of his five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In accordance with Syd's wishes, a private service has been held.
