Passed peacefully on Thursday 6th August 2026, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Margaret and partner of the late Janet Jupp. Loved father and father in-law of Gavin and Julie, and Adele. Treasured Grandad/Poppa to Kimberley and Jarek, Bradley and Melissa, and Cameron. Loved Great-grandad/Poppa to Beauden, Liam, and Josie. Loved brother, uncle and friend to many.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Taranaki would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages may be left online at wabraham.co.nz/notices or posted to 'The Bullot Family' c/- PO Box 4016, New Plymouth 4340.

A service for Noel will be held in The Chapel of W. Abraham, 366 Devon St East, New Plymouth, on Tuesday 11th August at 10.30am, followed by a private cremation.
