Passed suddenly at home on Saturday 29th August 2026, aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband of Jude Fawcett. Loved father of Emily, best friend of Zoe the dog, and brother of Colin and Peter. In accordance with Lewis' wishes, a private family cremation has been held.

A celebration of Lewis' life will be held at The West End Bowling Club in New Plymouth on Saturday 12th September 2026 at 2.00pm.
