Passed peacefully on Saturday 20 June 2026, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of Gracie (dec) and Beverley. Loved Dad and father-in-law of Dennis and Rosemary, June and Andrew, Jeffrey (dec) and Faye and Amoho. Loved stepfather of Mark and Fae, Wayne and Sue, Craig and Susan, Suzanne and Ash (dec), and Kay and Robert. Treasured Grandad of all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of George's life will be held at the Tikorangi Hall, 25 Inland North Road, Tikorangi, on Thursday 16 July 2026 at 2.30pm.
