Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Hawera Hospital on Wednesday 12th August 2026. Aged 81 years. Cherished husband and soulmate of Colleen. Loved dad and father-in-law of Donna and Clay, Hayden (dec), Rachel and Tony. Loved Poppa of Brooke and Dawson, Kees, also loved great-Poppa of Micah and baby on the way. A service for Gavin will be held at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Wednesday 19th August 2026 at 11.00am. In accordance with Gavin's wishes a private cremation will be held. Gav said "Don't be late". Any donations can be made to Hospice Taranaki on bank account number 15-3948-0365008-80 (ref Clark).
