Passed away peacefully at Jack Inglis Friendship Hospital, Motueka, on 23rd August 2026. Dearly loved husband of Jo for 65 years.

Loved father of Vivienne, Don and Sharryn and family, Caryl and George, and adored Pop of Hamish and Megan. The family wish to thank the staff of Jack Inglis Friendship Hospital for their kind care of Mel. A private family farewell has been held.
