Peacefully in the care of Bupa Ascot on Wednesday, August 5, 2026; aged 94 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Tom, loved mother and mother-in-law of Lynley, Stephen and Jill, Carolyn*, and Krissy and Brendon. An adored grandmother and great-grandmother, and lifelong friend of Margaret Murphy. A service to celebrate Val's life will be held in the Salvation Army Citadel, Victoria Avenue, Invercargill, on Monday, August 10, at 2.00pm. Messages to the V.
