Passed away peacefully at Bupa Windsor Park Care Home on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Aged 93. Loved wife of the late Bob, dearly loved Mum of Stephen and Julie, Malcolm and Rosalie, Peter and Leanne, loved Nan to Jared and Jaydine, Hamish and Carol, Amie and Aaron, Katie and Cameron, Campbell and Jess, Simon and Adrian, Spencer and Bronte, Eden and Nic, loved great-Nan to Evelyn, Violet, Walter, Jack, Fiadh, and Charlotte. Shirley will have a private interment at Waikaka Cemetery.

A service to celebrate Shirley's life will be held on Friday, October 2, at 2.00pm, in the St Andrews Presbyterian Church, Devon Street, Gore.
