Passed peacefully, surrounded by family, at Queenstown Lakes District Hospital, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Much loved and best friend of Gavin, dearly loved mum of Tane and the late Ariki, and mother-in-law of Kate and Sally, cherished Nanny of her grandchildren Rhys, Sofia and Kahu, loved sister of Beverly and Trisha, and sister-in-law of all the Evans family, loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews. A private family service for Raewynne will be held at her home in Arrowtown.
