It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Maia, on Friday, July 3, 2026. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Glenis. Cherished Dad and father-in law of Lisa and Andrew McNaughton, Michael and Sharon, Melanie, and Mike and Sonya Prescott. Loved Grandad of Chantelle and Dan Perry, Sam and Kate, Brodie and Eve, Jesse and Jessica, Breeanna Rawlinson, Finlay and Kate McNaughton. Adored great-grandad of Declan, Ardie and Mason Perry, Sven and Tora, and Austin. Beloved brother, brother-in-law, family member and friend to many. Maia will be resting at his home until his service on Thursday, July 9, at 1.00pm at Southland Crematorium, 111 Rockdale Road Invercargill.
