Iere TURNBULL

Peacefully at Ross Home, Dunedin, on July 30, 2026, aged 92. Loved daughter of the late Iere and Dudley (Jack) Clarke. Loved sister of the late RIchard and Graham Clarke, and of Enid and brother-in-law Michael Flannery (Wellington). Loved wife of the late Derek Philip Fraser Turnbull (formerly of Sherwood Farm, Tussock Creek, Southland). Loved mother of Jane Turnbull, Philippa Craigie, Stephanie Turnbull, the late Kenneth Turnbull, Fiona Turnbull and Guy Turnbull; and mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to an extended family across New Zealand and Australia. The family thanks the staff of Ross Home, Dunedin, for caring compassionately for Pat in her last four years. After a private family service, Pat will be buried in St John's Cemetery, Invercargill. Pat's active life touched many through her involvement with CWI, harrier and veteran athletics administration, genealogy, farmhosting, and CCS. Please remember Pat with fondness, warmth and love.
