Of Mossburn. Passed peacefully in the care of Longwood Rest Home on Saturday, September 12, 2026, just shy of 82 years old. Dearly loved husband of Jann (Mossburn), deeply loved and respected father and Pops of Karl and Lisa (Te Anau), Heidi, Mike and Lola (Kapiti Coast), Maia and Harry (Wellington), Georgia (Nottingham UK).

A service to celebrate Ged's life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 1.00pm, on Monday, September 21. Digital messages may be left on Ged's tribute page at frasersfunerals.co.nz/tributes where a livestream is available.
