Adrianne, Peter and Lin, Chris and Serra, Jill and Geoff, and their families, would like to thank everyone for their love, kindness, and support at the time of Garth's death. We thank Fiordland Medical practice, especially Dr David and Dr James, also Lin, Maddison, Debbie, Janette, Lee and Louise for your care of Garth during his illness.
