Peacefully on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in her 98th year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Richard (Dick). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Pamela and Barry Aitken (Melbourne), Richard and Sandy Jones (Whangaparaoa). Loved Gran of Dylan and Lisa, Billie and Dan, McKenzie and Jonny, Steven and Tahnee, Paul and Suzie, Sarah and Stew and loved Great-Gran of all her great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Doreen's life will be held in the Waikaia Presbyterian Church, Waikaia, on Wednesday, July 29, at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
