Peacefully with his family by his side on August 20, 2026, aged 69. Brownie decided he had enough and wanted to go have some beers with his old friends. He will be enormously missed by Jamie, Aleisha, Cameron, and Brittany, and Grandchildren Tayne, Kaylee, Ollie, Kyson, Mason, Austin, Moose, and his best mate Bernie.

A service to celebrate and remember the life and times of Brownie will be held at 1.00pm, on Thursday, August 27, at J Fraser and Son's Chapel, Corner of Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, followed by interment at the Eastern Cemetery.
