After a courageous battle, Jim passed away with Mary by his side, at Peacehaven Village, Invercargill, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, aged 63 years. Dearly loved husband of Mary and *Bonnie Fensom. Loved father and father-in-law of Colin and Jill O'Brien (Blenheim), Julie and Melvin Hall (Drummond), Loved Poppa of Caryssa and Cory, Braedon and Emma, Melissa and Kalib, Shannon and Angus. Loved Poppa Jim of Shelby and Elayna; Finn; Charlotte, Lucca and Nixon; Ruben and Brody. A special friend to Jayne and *Mick, Abbey-May and Daisy Reynolds; Steven Race and Katie Race. Loved youngest brother and brother-in-law of *Jeff and *Mike and Gay Gould. Loved brother-in-law of Anne and Henry Siave (Christchurch), Claire and Martin Chamberlain (New Plymouth), Des and Lynda Ford (Invercargill), Jim and Jude Ford (Drummond), Joe and friend Christi (USA), Colleen Burdon (Gore). Loved Uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026 at Southand Crematorium Chapel, Rockdale Road, Invercargill, at 2.00pm.
