ALLEN, Jocelyn Elmo Margaret. Passed peacefully surrounded by family 30 September 2026. Aged 85. Loved wife of the late Stewart. Mother of Jan, Rosanne, Fiona, Vicki and families. Loved daughter of the late William and Margaret Chapman; Castlerock / Lumsden. Sister of the late Bill, Patricia, Johnny, Maree and Joy, Sister-in-law of Isabell, Rosalie, the late Dorothy and partners. Loved Aunty and Grandma to many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
