Of Levin (formerly Wellington). Died peacefully in the presence of family at Arohanui Hospice on 21 August 2026 after a short illness, aged 81. Loved wife of David (d.1980), sister of Pamela Baird and Terry Sharples (d.2006) and mother of Grant (d.1998) and Tracey (& Neil) Barron. Proud Oma of Dylan and Adam.

A service to celebrate Wendy's life will be held at Harvey's Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin, on Thursday, 27 August 2026 at 11.00am.
