Passed away peacefully at Ranfurly Manor, Feilding, aged 89 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Keith. Loved sister of Lynette and Graeme (deceased). Much loved Mum and mother-in-law of Mark and Glenys, and Kevin. Cherished Grandma and Great-Grandma to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Valerie's life will be held at the Salvation Army, 136 Manchester Street, Feilding, on Monday, 5 October 2026 at 11.00am, followed by a private interment at Kelvin Grove Cemetery. For those unable to attend, Valerie's service will be livestreamed via her tribute page.
