Passed away suddenly on Thursday 24 September 2026, aged 33 years. Much-loved partner of Isaac and loved mum of Olivia and Albie. Cherished and adored daughter of Darryl and Warren, treasured sister and aunty. Tegan will be deeply missed forever. As per Tegan's wishes, a private service has taken place.
