Passed away at home on Thursday 10 September 2026, aged 73 years. Only daughter of the late Noelene and Des. Sister of Derek, Geoff and Roger. Very special friend of Jenny, Barry, Emma and Julie Hunt. Tributes for Ruth may be left via cottonfunerals.co.nz/funerals.

A service to celebrate Ruth's life will be held in the Cotton's Chapel, 697 Main Street, Palmerston North, on Thursday 17 September 2026, at 10.00am, followed by interment at Maxwell Cemetery, State Highway 3, Pākaraka, Whanganui, at 1.30pm.
