On Tuesday, 22nd September 2026, passed peacefully after a short illness at Palmerston North Hospital. Aged 68. Loved husband and best friend of Nerolie. Much loved and respected father and father-in-law of Nathan and Ashleigh. Loved and doting Ga of Emma, Wyatt, and Sienna. Loved and respected brother, brother-in-law and uncle to many.

A service for Owen will be held in the William Cotton Chapel, 29 Beattie Street. Feilding, on Monday, 28th September 2026, at 11am.
