TYSON, Michael Eric (Tahana). (5 November 1944 - 2 August 2026.) After a brave, quiet and stubborn battle, we sadly announce that our dad, koro, brother, uncle Mike has peacefully passed away with his family by his side. Dearly loved partner and devoted wife of 58 years Elaine. A much loved dad of Lee, Kim (Anthony) and loved Koro of Ruby, Sam and Matt, Maia (Ryan), Keira and Michael. Loved great Koro of Bonnie Loved big brother and brother in Law of Jenny (Bruce Ardell), Maureen, Brian (Jan), Colin (Karen), Karen, Debbie (Shane Haapu), Raymond (Lorraine), David (Debbie) and Lynette (Richard), and loved brother in law of Diana and Mike Morgan. Loved uncle of his many nieces and nephews.

Service will be held Tuesday 4th August 2026 at 11am at Dempsey and Forrest with burial at Aramoho cemetery thereafter.
