George CALDWELL

Passed away on Friday, 19 June 2026, and is now at rest in the presence of Jesus. Dearly loved husband of Margaret for 66 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Sue and Mark, Steve and Bronwyn, Cathy and Billy, Michael and Justine, and Chris. Cherished Grandad of his 19 grandchildren and adored by his 37 great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but we look forward to seeing him again in Heaven. A Rosary for George will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 96 Shamrock Street, Palmerston North, on Monday, 29 June 2026, at 7.00pm. A Requiem Mass to celebrate George's life will also be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at 10.30am, followed by his burial at Kelvin Grove Cemetery.
