On 16 June, 2026. Forever in love with, and adored by, Shirley, best Dad of Roger and of Penny, Grandal of Callan and Joshua. A gentle man, a terrifyingly fast bowler, a respected cricket umpire, a kind and supportive teacher to all his students, a mentor to his colleagues in teaching and umpiring. Arohanui to everyone at Churtonleigh for the care, respect and friendship you gave to David. In accordance with his wishes, a private cremation has already taken place.
