RIVE, Mervyn Ian. The Rev Mervyn Ian Rive (Merv) passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus at James Wattie Hospital on 13 July 2026. Beloved husband of Jenny Rive, loved father of Leon, Joshua and Grace, stepfather of Jacqui and Karen, Grandad and Great Grandad.

A memorial service to celebrate Merv's life will be held at "Stonehaven" Chapel, 10 Peel St, Waipukurau on Saturday 22 August at 1pm. Messages may be sent to: - The Rive Family, C/- PO Box 200, Waipukurau 4242
