COTTERILL, John Anthony Born 16.12.1938 Died 4.7.2026 John passed away peacefully with his wife Janet and son Nick by his side. John was the eldest son of Jack and Ena Cotterill (both deceased). Brother to Michael, Philip, and Nigel (all deceased) and Helen (Canada). Brother-in-law to Beth and Allan Lyford and Brian and Jenny Cotterill (Aus). Granddad to Xavier (Auckland) and Sophie (U.K.) John was my best friend and my chef. He loved life, good food and wine of which 6 bottles arrived on Friday morning, BBQ, and gardening which in the last few months was unable to do. We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary last year which was brilliant.

A private cremation will be held for John.
