After a courageous battle, Billy passed away peacefully with loving family by his side at Dixon House, Greymouth on July 12, 2026, aged 85. Deeply loved husband of the late Marion, dearly loved dad and father-in-law of Kelly and Michael Hill, and Liam and Gunn, treasured Grandad of Keegan, and Finley; and Mia, loved and special uncle of Glen, Rachael, Larni, and Reeni, and a great friend of Graham and Sue. Messages to 136 Main South Road, Greymouth 7805. In accordance with Billy's wishes cremation has taken place on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
