With the heaviest of hearts we sadly announce the passing of our beloved Kathryn, peacefully surrounded by loved ones, after a courageously fought battle. Loved wife of Simon, mother of Tui, daughter of Chris and Margaret, sister and sister-in-law of Andrew and Mary, Stuart and Lisa, daughter-in-law of Bev and Wayne. Loved aunty to all her nieces and nephews and dear friend to so many. Treasured niece and cousin. Thanks to Kathryn's special friend Nicole for all her support through the journey. The school bell has rung for the final time, but Kathryn's lessons, stories and laughter will go on in the hearts of all those she leaves behind.
