Passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, August 8, 2026. Much loved husband, father and grandfather to Lynette, Margaret and Todd, Myles, Frances and Steve, Richard and Lana, Te Manawa, Maioha and Awatea, Jasmine, Karna, Layla and Ivy, Harrison and Sophie and Tahlia, Brianna and Chloe, and his fur baby Shelby.

Now you can rest Jon Boy. You are forever in our hearts.

A service to celebrate John's life will be held in The Harewood Chapel, Wilkinsons Road (off Gardiners Road), Harewood, Christchurch, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 1.00pm.
