Passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Mercy Hospice (Ponsonby), aged 53 years. Dearly loved son of the late Ann and Gerry Rathbun. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Tim and Philippa, Mark and Nadine, and Kate and Grant. Adored uncle of Lucy, Sylvie, Alice and Issie.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to The Retreat NZ www.theretreatnz.org.nz A Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Jeremy at St Mary's Pro Cathedral, Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, July 9 at 9.30am. A Rosary will be held in the Church on Wednesday at 5.30pm.
