Passed away peacefully at The Oaks Nursing Home, on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Mark and Wendy, Roger and Lynn, and Karolyn. Much loved Nana to James and Eloise; Alicia, Jess, Chelsea and Tasha; and Lauren. Loved by her seven great-grandchildren. Loved sister to Keith and the late Margaret. Many thanks to the staff at The Oaks for all their love and care of Hazel.

A celebration of Hazel's life will be held at the Canterbury Chapel, 455 Linwood Avenue, on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
