She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leonard; and her children, Annette (John Commons), Peter (Lynn Stackhouse), Carol (Kevin Daly) and Gail (Derek McLauchlan). She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, August 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Westpark (467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand).
