Godfrey RIVERS

Passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, aged 80. Son of the late Dorothy and Paul Rivers. Loved father of Kit, and father of the late Nick. Brother and brother-in-law of the late Ronald and Phill, Bruce and Kay, John, and Charlotte. Cherished life partner of Joy Wall for over 31 years. Loved and respected by Joy's daughters, Kim and her husband Rob, and Mandy and her partner Johnny. Fondly regarded by Kim's children, Sam, Chris, Emily, and Laura. Much loved also by Joy's siblings, Aud and Kev, Helen, and John and Vicky. Godfrey will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A service to celebrate Godfrey's life will be held at the Northbrook Chapel and Rossburn Receptions, Spark Lane, Rangiora, on Monday, July 27, at 11.00am. Followed by a private burial.
