It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary, who died on September 21, 2026, surrounded by family. A dearly loved Dad to Brodie and Paige, father-in-law of Emma, and a treasured Grandad to Marley and Mason. He was the loved son of the late Gay and Ron Terris, brother of David and Phyllis, and loved brother-in-law of Rochelle. He was also a much-loved uncle to his nieces and nephews, and a friend to many. Partner of Jacqueline. Gary will be remembered for his sense of humour and his cheeky nature.

Rest peacefully, Gary. You were loved, and you will be missed more than words can say.

Come raise a glass and share a yarn at "Gary's Celebration of Life" on October 17 at 11.00am at the Kaiapoi Club.
