He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife June; his children, Mark (Beate), Brendon (Tiina) and Belinda (Matt); his sister Phyllis Dickinson; and his siblings-in-law, Lynne Haslett and Raynne McEntee. He was also cherished by loving Grandad of his six grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 6th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Westpark (467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand).
