Dorothy BURROWS

Died peacefully on September 30, 2026, in Christchurch, aged 94 years. Reunited in peace with beloved husband David; loved mother of Mark, Margaret and Philippa; loved sister of the late Rennie, the late Joan, and Noel; loved grandmother of Stephen and Ryan, Michael and Christopher, Claire and Tim; loved great-grandmother of Beau and Cleo, Liam and Mila, and Zoe, Isabelle, Harrison and Laszlo; loved mother-in-law of Melita and Chris, Jim, and Malcolm.

She will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hoon Hay Presbyterian Church would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Dorothy Burrows c/- Hope Funerals, Christchurch, 27 Amyes Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042. The Funeral Service for Dorothy will be held at Hoon Hay Presbyterian Church, 5 Downing Street, Hillmorton, Christchurch, on Tuesday, October 6 at 1.00pm, followed by a burial at Memorial Park Cemetery, Corner of Cypress Street and Ruru Road, Bromley.
