McGECHAN, Gerda Elilsabeth Stringer. 31 January 1942 - 1 June 2026 Cherished aunt to Gerda, Anja, Mark, Matt, Gretel, Simon, and Sefton together with their partners and children. Step-mother to David, Angie, Robyn and children, Matthew, Steven, Nicholas, Thomas and Rachael. Passed while sleeping peacefully, on Kings Birthday Monday; she will be so missed. Gerda was a champion, a friend, and mentor to so many people. She loved us, and we will love her always. At Gerda's request a private cremation has already taken place.
