SIMMONS, Dean Neil. In Loving Memory of Dean Neil Simmons. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dean, a beloved husband, father, and friend. Dean passed away peacefully on 8 June 2026 (world ocean day) at the age of 63 at Waipuna Hospice. He was a devoted husband to Paula, a loving father to Amy and Scott. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, sense of humour, and the love he shared with those around him.

A service to celebrate his life will be held at Bell House, Howick Historical Village on Saturday 20 June at 12pm- 4pm. Dean will be forever loved always in our hearts and deeply missed. Life will never be the same.

Donations would be greatly appreciated to Waipuna Hospice who took such great care for Dean and our family.
