MOORE, Charles (Chuck). Left this earthly realm Saturday, 13 June, age 71, after a courageous battle with motor neurone disease.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. We would ask you to consider that in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to MNDNZ to help fund research into this insidious disease and to help those currently living with it.
