Jones, Avalon Ruby Madge (Nee Moala). Passed away on 9 June 2026, aged 85 years, surrounded by family. Much loved Wife of David. Cherished Mother of Martin, Ramona, Freddie and Lilie-Marlane. Adored Grandmother of her Grandchildren. Beloved Sister and Aunty to her many nieces and nephews. Deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and simply irreplaceable.

A funeral service will be held at St Matthew-in-the-City, 132 Hobson Street, Auckland Central on Wednesday 17 June at 2.30pm.
