BARTHOW, Aileen Lucy (Lucy Barthow) (nee Cooper). Peacefully on 15 June 2026, aged 96. Dearly loved wife of the late Roald. Cherished mother/ mother-in-law of Alison (deceased) and Stuart Vogel, Glenys and Nigel Boyd, and Christine and Errol Lewthwaite. Treasured by her grandchildren, Christopher and Claire, Timothy, Francesca, Nathan and Adrianne, Carmen and Calvin, Natasha, Danielle, and her great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Lucy's life will be held at St James Church, 650 Pollen St, Thames, on Wednesday, 24 June at 1 pm. Communications: Barthow family c/o 3 Hall St, Paeroa, 3600.
