MIERS, Nicola Grace (Nicki). It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the sad news that our beautiful Nicki passed away peacefully on Thursday, 24 September 2026. Nicki's incredible strength and courage throughout her battle with MSA is a true testament to the wonderful character she carried throughout her life. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Steve, her children Treena, Clint and Drew, her grandchildren Cairo, Mason, Keaton, Lockee, Maddix and Kiefa, and her precious great-grandson Carter. Nicki lived a life filled with love, laughter, family and beautiful memories. She touched the hearts of so many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A time for reflection and celebration of Nicki's life will be held on Thursday 1 October 2026 at 1.30 pm, Woodside Estate, 132 Woodside Road, Tamahere, Hamilton. Passed peacefully on Thursday, 27th August 2026, at Waikato Hospital. Aged 91 years. Much loved and devoted wife of the late Graeme (Snow). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Shona & Jeff, Lorraine & Neil, Murray & Rachael, and Garry. Grandmother to Kurtis, Anna, Joshua, Joellen, Cormach and Richmin. Great-Grandmother to Janaya, Kayden, Millie, Lukas, Alice and Claudia. "The last batch of shortbread is done. The "mod" oven is turned off. It's now time to dance the eternal dance with Snow. " We are most grateful to the medical team and staff at Waikato Hospital, OPR2 for the care and kindness given to our mother during her time in hospital. A private service was held on Thursday, 3rd September. BAY, Beth (Doris). Of Manawaru. Beloved wife of Stuart. The most beautiful mother to her sons, Erin (and Tania) and Daryl (and Julie). Adored grandmother of Isabella (and Liam), Eva (and Locky), Samuel, William, Jackson and Hunter. Beth loved Jesus, her family and her community, and left us all far too soon on August 8, 2026. Now with Christ, which is better by far. A celebration of Beth's life will be held at Matamata Bible Church on Wednesday, August 12, at 1:30pm. The service will be live streamed, with a link available at www.ana-maria.nz (Ana-Maria Funeral Home). Stuart and the family are deeply grateful for all the expressions of love, support and care.
